New Features

Wow, what great response!

The 2 features I was most interested in, configurability of icon position and "Always on top" seem to work great.

The "Hide menu after launching item" capability I am sure works as intended, assuming I am right about what it is meant to do. It is not a big issue with me, but when I uncheck this box, go to a second level menu to select an application, the entire menu goes back to just the icon. Maybe it only applies to 1st level menu entries?

Thanks for a great program.

I discovered that this item does not work as intended, due to the fact that when Menu Inventor loses focus, the menus collapse.

Currently, there is no straight-forward fix as there are several scenarios to consider, but I will look into it.

I'm sorry about this, hopefully the next patch, should fix it. I hope that applying the patch was a hassle-free process for you, as I intend to continue this patch-system before the next Menu Inventor is released.

The patch process was a breeze and the menu collapsing is not an issue for me.

Thanks,

after installing version 1.1 and patch 1.11 i set up menu inventor and applied the orange skin.

afterwards, i decided to add some keywords but when i tried to add them the app crashed with the error message:

Runtime error 429 - ActiveX component cannot create object
